PETA's banned ad from the 2009 Superbowl

Here is the PETA's (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) commericial "Veggie Love" which was banned by from the Super Bowl. NBC said the ad, “depicts a level of sexuality exceeding [its] standards.”

That's interesting, well I guess as long as the kids can see the endless stream of beer commercials, I guess everything is OK.

Meet BarackBerry: President Barack Obama's New Sectera Edge Blackberry



Here's a look at President Barck Obama's new blackberry created by defense contractors General Dynamics.

The typical Sectera Edge does have Internet Explorer,instant messaging and the abiilty to Microsoft Office documents such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. President Obama's will have government-provided "super encryption" package that will secure his e-mail.

Typically, a Sectera Edge blackberry one can sell as high as $3,350.

Judging by the picture the Sectera Edge is pretty cool and secure, but can it download "Blame it on The Rain" ringtone by Mili Vanlli?

Five Years Later: Janet Jackson Wardrobe Malfunction


I never understood what the big hub-bub over Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction during Superbowl XXXVIII's halftime show.

For 9/16 seconds, America were shocked, shocked I say, when Justin Timberlake tore the side of Janet's top off, exposing her breasts to "poor defenseless children".

The same poor defenseless children who saw Budweiser ads promoting drinking and Viagra commercials, where a guy repeatedly throw a football through a tire.

The aftermath was amazing.

The FCC was so outraged that they wasted taxpayers money on congressional hearings.

American citizens were so outraged, they repeatedly rewound the clip on their TIVO's, DVR's and VCR's.

TV stations were so alarmed that they aired the clip in slow motion repeatedly so viewers could see how disgusting that 9/16 second clip really was in every possible angle.

Five years later, there has been very little change.

The NFL is still making millions of dollars showing beer and erectile dysfunction ads.

Justin Timerlake stumbled until the 2004 Grammys a few weeks later and he is now one of biggest pop stars in the world.

The only real casualty of this "controversy" was Janet Jackson, who has had a few hits, but very chart topping success; life is fair right.

But what about those "poor defenseless children" that the FCC and other "concerned parents" were worried about?

Hmm, besides some of them watching the teen sexual escapades of "Gossip Girl" and texting sexual pictures to each another, I'm not sure what happened to them.

Get Your Popcorn Ready: Terrell Owens Coming to VH1


DALLAS (AP) - Terrell Owens hopes to score with a new cable reality show.

The Dallas Cowboys' controversial wide receiver will star in his own show on VH1 this summer, giving fans a look into his life off the field.

VH1 announced Monday that the series takes place in the offseason, and T.O.'s best friends and publicists - Monique Jackson and Kita Williams - will help him re-examine his personal life. The two will work as "matchmakers and therapists" for Owens.


Owens, who caught 69 passes for 1,052 yards and 10 touchdowns this season, was prominently featured on HBO's "Hard Knocks" that tracked the Cowboys in training camp last year.

Nip Tuck Returns Tonight @ 10 on FX

After a two week hiatus for the Barack Obama's Inauguration, Nip Tuck is back at 10pm.

When we last left the docs from McNamara/Troy, Nurse Liz (Roma Maffia) was helping Christan (Julian McMahon) cope with breast cancer surgery. Because he was so ill, Liz slept in the same bed with Christan. In the middle of the night, Christan pretended to be a asleep and had sex with Liz, which was crazy, since Liz is a Lesbian..or is she now bi-sexual?

Not to be outdone, Sean continued to fake his paralysis and used it to have sex with his med student Daphne Pendell (Jaime Ray Newman, General Hospital/Veronica Mars).

Although it was unethical for Sean (Dylan Walsh) to have sex with his student, I can't blame him, because you could tell she was in awe of Sean, (plus she was hot).

Since Sean kicked Daphne out of his apartment after she put a diaper on him (no joke), it seems like Jaime Ray Newman's Daphne character is now gone, which is unfortunate because I thought the producers could have done more with her character; but I will always have her wheelchair scene with Sean to help me reminisce.

So if this review isn't enough to make you watch tonight's episode at least check out Nip Tuck's "Gene Shelly" clip below.

What? Rod Blagojevich Considered Oprah For Obama's Senate Seat?

I have to give Rod Blagojevich a lot of credit, because he is never dull.

The Chicago Governor was a media blitz today appearing on Good Morning America with Diane Sawyer and The View with Barbara Walters.

During his talk with Sawyer, Blagojevich mentions that he considered Oprah for Barack Obama's senate seat.

I don't know about you, but if Govenor Blagojevich ends up in court, this might be the most interesting piece of court drama since the first OJ Simpson case...or least the last episode of "Boston Legal".

Joe Torre Allegedly Blasts A-Rod and Yankees Brass in New Book

The East coast/West coast rap battle that seemingly stopped hip hop in its tracks in the mid 90's is back, but this time its in baseball, where the Los Angeles Dodgers' Joe Torre allegedly blasts his former team The New York Yankees.

In his soon to be new book "The Yankee Years", (which will be released on February 3, 2009) Joe Torre allegedly claims:

Alex Rodriguez was known as "A-Fraud" among his own teammates, and he had an unhealthy obsession with Derek Jeter.

Team doctors told Yankees owner George Steinbrenner that Torre had cancer before they told Torre.

Yankees General manager Brian Cashman sold the manager down the river, not telling the ownership that Torre wanted a two-year deal to remain as manager.

Kirk Franklin - I Like Me

I was flipping through the channels and I came across Kirk Franklin on BET's "106 & Park Presents: Gospel Explosion" where he was performing "I Like Me", (by the way, I understand if BET wants to expand the 106 & Park brand, but why don't they just call the show 106 & Gospel??)

Its been a few years since Kirk Franklin's hip hop driven gospel style first appeared on R&B radio in the mid 90's with "The Reason Why I Sing", then crossing over to pop radio in 1997 with the gospel anthem "Stomp", but this little dude from Texas is still producing hits.

The cool thing about Kirk Franklin is that even though he is almost 40 years old, he is still making songs that appeals to younger gospel fans, (is it me or does "I Like Me" sounds a little bit like Lil Mama's "Lip Gloss" ?)

Lil Kim: Watching Naturi Haughton was "Dreadful"

(Hip Hop DX) Despite critical acclaim for Naturi Haughton for her portrayal of Lil Kim in “Notorious, the Queen Bee is still not having it.

A war of words erupted in the weeks leading up to the release of the Biggie biopic, with Lil Kim vowing to “expose” Faith Evans and Big’s mother, Voletta Wallace.
In a new statement that appeared on Bossip, Kim stated that she was in love with the late Christopher Wallace, and the feeling was mutual.

“I feel like I was not portrayed how I should have been in this movie," she said. "I was in love with BIG and he was in love with me. I was never a JUMP-OFF, I know this and BIG knew this. I wasn’t even able to choose who I wanted to portray me in this movie. I would have never picked Naturi, she doesn’t have a Lil Kim aura at all! She looks nothing like I looked back then. We have NO similarities.”
Kim went on to call Haughton’s performance “dreadful” and hinted at legal action over the film.

“Another thing is, I have been dealing with legal matters as far as them not wanting to pay me and shit for this movie, got a lawyer involved, so everything is cool with that, but it still doesn’t change my views and feelings. This is truly Faith and Ms. Wallace’s movie. And Ms. Wallace is right, this isn’t a Lil’ Kim movie and it’s not about me. I didn’t want it to be about me, I wanted it to be REAL though. And that it is NOT. I take no part in this movie and have nothing to do with it.”

Obama reverses Bush abortion-funds policy

Andre 3000 's Clothing is Heralded by GQ, but Losing Money

Its the best of times and worst of times for Andre 3000's Benjamin Bixby clothing line.

The good news is that GQ announced the Outkast memeber's clothing line Benjamin Bixby is a finalist for their second annual Best New Menswear Designers in America project, a competition that recognizes rising stars in American men's fashion.

Dre joins five other designers Save Khaki, Robert Geller, Yigal Azrouel, Shipley & Halmos, and Rogues Gallery. The winning designer will receive a $50,000 cash prize and the opportunity to create a limited-edition "capsule" collection for the Levi's brand.

The Benjamin Bixby line debuted in in features clothing inspired by preppy hip hop fashions of the 90's with 1935 college football flava.

Now the bad.

According to Woooha.com, sales of Benjamin Bixby has failed to take off because of the ongoing economic crisis and the clothing line's high prices and limited availability.

Dre introduced Benjamin Bixby in February 2008, as a self-funded venture, which is admirable, but usually most successful start ups, especially clothing lines have some kind venture capital backing them to avoid financial meltdowns like Bixby.

The Bixby line is currently being sold exclusively at the upper scale retail store Barney’s through their website on Barneys.com. The prices range from $95.00 polo shirts to $395 sweaters, to outerwear in the $1500 price range.

For Dre to sell pieces in Barney's is quite an honor, but given the fact that most of his fans do not shop at Barney's, the idea of charging $95.00 for a sweater, probably wasn't a good idea.

Personally, I think Dre can still turn Benjamin Bixby around if he does the following:

1.) If Dre wins the GQ competition, reinvest the $50,000 cash prize back into the line and use his chance to work with Levis as a way to create a new partnership that will allow him to design hip, cost efficient items.

2.) Find some solid financial investors who can pump a couple million dollars in the line. Do some market research and find out how much his fans are willing to pay for Bixby.

3.) Hire someone in the fashion industry who knows how to handle the business side of Bixby.

4.) Get out of exclusive contract with Barney's and partner with retail outlets like Target so he can sell some items at a lower price, while continue to sell the pricier items at Barneys.com

5.) Continue to be innovative. Most small businesses fail the first time. As long as Dre stay positive, find some solid financial backers and create new cost efficient avenues for his pieces, Benjamin Bixby might be Sean Jean of the next decade.

Chad Hugo of The Neptunes, "Roc Boys (Clarinet Remix)"

I was a band nerd growing up. I played drums for the marching band and the orchestra as well as a little flute. When I went to college, I traded in my drum sticks for a turntable, but I still felt proud when I saw little kids walking down the street carrying a trumpet or a flute case.

Nowadays, I don't seem like too many kids carrying instruments, which saddens me.

The reason why I am such a fan of The Neptunes is because they never shied away from the fact that they were also band nerds,( hence the name N.E.R.D.)

The problem with Hip Hop is that there are too many producers who proudly say that they don't know how to play instruments.

Although there a few successful producers like Primo or Diddy who can make this claim, the reality is that if you want to be a successful producer who span decades like Quincy Jones, take the time the learn the craft.

Even if you have the gift of musicality in your head, learn the nuisances of song construction or listen to different types of music to make yourself a better producer or artist.

The reason I like this clip of The Neptune's Chad Hugo playing Jay Z's "Roc Boys" on clarinet is that he is playing it on a a clarinet!

Clarinet is not the coolest instrument to play, but the clip shows Hugo's musicality, which helped him and his partner go from producing Jay-Z to Madonna with relative ease.

Oscar Nominations 2009: Heath Ledger in, Clint Eastwood Out!


Today the 2009 Oscar nominations were announced with a few surprises. "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" led the way with 14 nominations, followed by "Slumdog Millionaire" with 10 nominations.

As expected, Heath Ledger was nominated for best supporting actor for "The Dark Knight". "the Dark Knight" however did get nominated for best picture, which is surprising since most critics lauded the film as one best pictures on 2008.

Mickey Roarke continues his resurrection with a best actor nomination for "The Wrestler', which also received a best supporting actress nod for Marisa Tomei, but film was shut out for Best Picture and Best Director.

Kate Winslet received a best actress nomination for "The Reader", but Winslet's other Oscar Worthy film "Revolution Road" was shut out, thus keeping her best friend and co-star Lenonadro Decaprio and husband/director Sam Mendes out of contention.

Taraji P. Henson makes a return visit to the Oscar's with a best supporting actress nod. The last time Henson was in attendance was a few weeks ago singing "Its Hard Out There For a Pimp", the Oscar winning theme song from "Hustle & Flow".

Here's the list for best picture: "Slumdog Millionaire", "Curious Case of Benjamin Button", "Frost/Nixon" and "Milk" and "The Reader."

The nominees for best actor are Sean Penn ("Milk"), Frank Langella ("Frost/Nixon"), Mickey Rourke ("The Wrestler"), Richard Jenkins ("The Visitor") and Brad Pitt ("Benjamin Button".

A few months Joaquin Phoenix stunned the acting world by saying that he was going to act anymore. On Friday, Phoenix emerged from his seclusion in Las Vegas, where he was stage rapping at club Lavo.

"When I was young I liked punk rock music but then I discovered rap. I love the storytelling aspect of hip-hop," he said. I'm not going to say anything,watch the video and tell if MC Joaquin is the next Big Daddy Kane or Robbie Van Winkle.

The complete "I have a dream" speech:

I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. So we have come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

In a sense we have come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. So we have come to cash this check — a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice. We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism.

Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quick sands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that I must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. In the process of gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred.

We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force. The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. They have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom. We cannot walk alone.

As we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead. We cannot turn back. There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as the Negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied, as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as the Negro's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as our children are stripped of their selfhood and robbed of their dignity by signs stating "For Whites Only". We cannot be satisfied as long as a Negro in Mississippi cannot vote and a Negro in New York believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. Some of you have come from areas where your quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive.

Go back to Mississippi, go back to Alabama, go back to South Carolina, go back to Georgia, go back to Louisiana, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern cities, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed. Let us not wallow in the valley of despair.

I say to you today, my friends, so even though we face the difficulties of today and tomorrow, I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream.

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal."

I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.

I have a dream that one day even the state of Mississippi, a state sweltering with the heat of injustice, sweltering with the heat of oppression, will be transformed into an oasis of freedom and justice.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of interposition and nullification; one day right there in Alabama, little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.

I have a dream today.

I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together.

This is our hope. This is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day.

This will be the day when all of God's children will be able to sing with a new meaning, "My country, 'tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim's pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring."

And if America is to be a great nation this must become true. So let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York. Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania!

Let freedom ring from the snowcapped Rockies of Colorado!

Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California!

But not only that; let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia!

Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee!

Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi. From every mountainside, let freedom ring.

And when this happens, when we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, "Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!"

Today, Circuit City Stores Inc. announced today that they are going out of business, thus closing its 567 U.S. stores and cutting 30,000 jobs.


Boy George Gets 15 Months in the Slammer!


Boy George aka George O'Dowd, the former flamboyant lead singer of the 80's group Culture Club was sentenced to 15 months in prison in London.

Judge David Radford told O'Dowd that he was guilty of "gratuitous violence" for handcuffing and beating a 29-year-old Norwegian man whom he met online and invited to his London apartment for a nude photo shoot. (O'Dowd maintained that he held the escort because he suspected the man of tampering with his computer).

The 80's icon showed little emotion after his sentencing was briskly taken away to jail.

Melissa George Leaves Grey's Anatomy

Count Aussie stunner Melissa George as another Grey's victim.

Once a stable program, Greys Anatomy has been hit with rumors, firings and confusing storylines.

Melissa George (Sadie) who joined the cast after the show dumped Brooke Smith (Dr. Hahn) said that it was her decision to leave.

That's probably true, but ever since Grey's Anatomy dumped Isaiah Washington a few years ago, the show hasn't been the same.

When Grey's added talented actors Eric Dane (McSteamy) and Sara Ramirez (Callie) was a good idea, but it seems like they really don't know what to do with their characters.

The abrupt ending of Dr. Han's and Callie's relationship was confusing and bringing fan favorite Denny back from the dead (is he ghost or an illusion) to romance Katherine Heigel's character Izzie is interesting, but weird.

Throw in the fact that Heigel (who has a budding film career), criticized the show's writers a few years ago and this past year there were rumors recently that T.R Knight (George) wanted to leave and you have a show that might be on its last legs.

The funny thing is that the the show’s lead character, the lovely Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey) hasn't griped about anything.

However, if she starts to complain then it might be time to start watching "Private Practice".

Megan Fox: "I'm a tranny"


Megan Fox is probably one of most attractive women on the plant right now. But she recently said to E! News that "I'm a tranny. I'm a man. I'm so painfully insecure. I'm on the verge of vomiting now. I am so horrified and embarrassed.” I know crazy right?!?

She went to say she was jealous of Salma Hayek ("She looks beautiful and I really want her boobs. I really, really do") and that she also looks like 72 year old Alan Alda's from the tv show Mash, “I am pretty sure I am a doppelgänger for Alan Alda."

Let this be lesson fellas, never be afraid to approach a beautiful woman, because she might not be as secure as you think.

Barack Obama's Letter To His Daughters


In Sunday's Parade Magazine, Barack Obama wrote a letter to his daughters Sasha and Malia. Here's an excerpt of that letter:

"...When I was a young man, I thought life was all about me-about how I'd make my way in the world, become successful, and get the things I want. But then the two of you came into my world with all your curiosity and mischief and those smiles that never fail to fill my heart and light up my day. And suddenly, all my big plans for myself didn't seem so important anymore.

Obama + Hip Hop = Parties Galore in Washington DC

For five consecutive days leading up to the inaguration, Washington D.C.'s Love nightclub will play host to some of rap's biggest names.

Jay-Z will kick off the festivities on Friday (1/16) then Saturday will see the "BET Honors" hosted by Diddy. Sunday T.I., Young Jeezy and Akon will all perform with DJ Cassidy and Monday Common will hit the stage.

On the actual day of the Obama inauguration, Slick Rick, Biz Markie, Doug E. Fresh and DJ Kid Capri will play the “Legends Ball” show.

Tickets for each night range from $20 to $75 and each show will start at 8 p.m. If you want to check out any of the shows, visit www.lovetheclub.com .

Jay-Z will also be headlining the "In Concert On The Eve Of Change" at Washington D.C.'s Warner Theater. Presented by Live Nation, Jigga's new business partner, the concert will feature a live band.

The Wrath is Over. Ricardo Montalban Dead at 88

The man who brought us the smooth phrase "Corinthian leather"and revived the Star Trek series with the film "The Wrath of Kahn" is gone as Ricardo Montalban died today at the age of 88.

Cause of death was not revealed, but in recent years Moltaban had been suffering from a painful spinal condition.

Best known as the white-suited Mr. Roarke on Fantasy Island (1978-1984) the Mexican born Moltaban helped to break down doors for Latino actors since his debut in 1940's.

Actor Edward James Olmos (Miami Vice, Battlestar Galactica) called Montalban "one of the true giants of arts and culture."

Ana Ortiz, who plays Hilda on Ugly Betty announced that she is expecting her first child with her husband Noah Lebenzon.

The producers will not her pregnancy into the show, so expect to see the beautiful Ms.Ortiz standing behind objects and being shot from the waist up.

So this chick wearing a bikini walked and Simon eyes bugged out like Wile E. Coyote.

Sure she was eye candy, but she actually sang Mariah Carey's "Vision of Love pretty well. Simon immediately said that bikini girl could go to Hollywood, but new judge Kara DioGuardi took offense and got into a "You Got Served" sing off with the bikini one.

The oddest moment came when one bikini girl kissed Ryan Seacrest and he acted like he never kissed a girl before, (you can make your own joke on that one).

I never had anything against New Kids on The Block (NKOTB). I've been a fan since their first single with the R&B tinged "Please Don't Go Girl".

In 2008, these five grown a$$ men, put some fly threads on , rubbed down the knees with Ben Gay and hit the road for a reunion tour and album.

By all accounts, the tour went well and their album "The Block" sounded pretty good.

Now in shrewd business move, The New Kids are now going to hit the high seas with a cruise. The fellas will entertain fans while the cruise ship travels from Ft. Lauderdale to the Bahamas from May 15 – 18.

Before everyone starts snickering, this isn't case of Donnie Wahlberg doing show tunes for blue hairs, but instead its a very smart busy move.

Although the economy is in the crapper and there has been a return of pirates???? The prices of cruises have become a bit more affordable.

Although R&B and gospel artists have been doing this for awhile, these five guys from Boston might actually start a new trend, where more artists create their own cruises to reach their audiences and make more money.

When I was in Jr. High School, a young guy always fantasize about having sex with the young hot teacher. Nowadays, these fantasies are turning into nightmares.

Christine A. McCallum, 29, a married teacher Boston, Massachusetts has been accused of "allegedly seducing a 13-year-old boy, playing him with booze and having sex with him on kitchen floors and couches, sometimes right under the nose of her husband," says the Boston Herald.

The Abington elementary school, was charged yesterday with seven counts of statutory rape for having over 300 sexual encounters with the boy from February 2006, when she allegedly took the boy’s virginity, to November 2007.
