George Zimmerman Juror B29 Says He 'Got Away With Murder' :(

"The only minority on the all-female jury that voted to acquit George Zimmerman said today that Zimmerman "got away with murder" for killing Trayvon Martin and feels she owes an apology Martin's parents.

"You can't put the man in jail even though in our hearts we felt he was guilty," said the woman who was identified only as Juror B29 during the trial. "But we had to grab our hearts and put it aside and look at the evidence." She said the jury was following Florida law and the evidence, she said, did not prove murder.

Batman to Join Superman in 'Man of Steel' Sequel

Superman is coming back, and he'll have a caped co-star.

"Man of Steel" director Zack Snyder made a surprise appearance at Comic-Con on Saturday to announce he is making another Superman film and it will include Batman -- the first time the two superheroes will be united on the big screen.
He declined to reveal many details, saying the script is just being written. He then invited an actor onstage to read a passage to hint at the story line.

"I am the man who beat you," read Harry Lennox, before an image of the Superman logo, backed by the Batman symbol, flashed on the screen.

Tavis Smiley Talks Lives of Black Children & Guns on Fox News’ The O’Reilly Factor

Tavis Smiley: "African Americans are not seeing that same kind of empathy and appreciation of the humanity of Trayvon that they saw for the children of Sandy Hook,” Smiley continued. “I’m waiting to hear, I haven’t heard it yet, I’m waiting to hear the NRA say that if Trayvon Martin had a gun, he might still be alive today. The bottom line is that race still the most intractable issue in this country, and when an adult can profile, and stalk and kill a child in America our democracy is threatened".

Lovelace (Trailer)

In 1972—before the internet, before the porn explosion—Deep Throat was a phenomenon: the first scripted pornographic theatrical feature film, featuring a story, some jokes, and an unknown and unlikely star, Linda Lovelace. Escaping a strict religious family, Linda discovered freedom and the high-life when she fell for and married charismatic hustler Chuck Traynor. As Linda Lovelace she became an international sensation—less centerfold fantasy than a charming girl-next-door with an impressive capacity for fellatio. Fully inhabiting her new identity, Linda became an enthusiastic spokesperson for sexual freedom and uninhibited hedonism. Six years later she presented another, utterly contradictory, narrative to the world—and herself as the survivor of a far darker story. --Trailer Addict

Justin Timberlake Previews “Take Back the Night" from the 20/20 Experience Sequel Album

Wow,  Justin Timberlake really didn't have much faith in the current "20/20 Experience" to release the next one on September 30th.

Although review were mixed, when the original "20/20" was released, most people did like "Pusher Love Girl" and 'Let The Groove In."

Clearly both of these songs would have been hits, thus delaying the release of 20/20 II until the Christmas season. By releasing lackluster tracks like "Mirrors", Justin Timberlake has made sure that he album will have short shelf life, which paves away for the the sequel in the fall.

It's a smart strategy, but no one in J.T.'s camp probably perceived Robin Thicke's success this summer.

It makes you wonder how much damage Robin Thicke's soulful pop "Blurred Lines" album will do when it drops  on the July 30th  "Blurred Lines" album, before Timberlake drops his soulful pop  "20/20  II" album  in September.

MSNBC’s Michael Eric Dyson Blasts Justice System #TrayvonMartin (Video)

(Via Mediaite )

On Tuesday, Georgetown University Professor Michael Eric Dyson told MSNBC’s Martin Bashir that he believes, if the racial distinctions were reversed in the case against George Zimmerman for the 2012 murder of Trayvon Martin, the public’s reaction to the cases would be dramatically different. He added that the “George Zimmermans of the world continue to get away” with “the killing of our children” without facing justice.
