Prior to release of her debut album "The Bridge"on November 10th, Melanie Fiona and The Roots Questlove made a mixtape earlier this year, (in 2008, Kanye West introduced Fiona to Questlove, while touring with the Mr. West). The mixtape is a mixture of old songs, some new ones and a whole of great singing and musicianship.

Cat fight! Things get ugly during BYU vs. New Mexico women's soccer match

Wow, even this video would make Ron Artest blush!

Throwing elbows, punching in the back, tripping, hair pulling, kicking into someone's face and sucker punches? Is this an MMA fight between Brock Lesnar, Georges St. Pierre and Randy Couture, um no.

Try the 2009 MWN semifinal match between BYU and New Mexico, where BYU's Kassidy Shumway (21) is getting her arse kicked by by New Mexico's Elizabeth Lambert (15).

Ladies, can't we all just get along.

Mess in Browns Town :Kokinis lost power struggle with Mangini

"Kogini/Mankinis era over after only 8 months"

What started out as a dream turned into a nightmare for Browns GM George Konkinis, who was fired from the Cleveland Browns earlier, even though Browns owner Randy Lerner told Peter King that Konkinis was not fired, ( if this is case, why was he escorted out of the Browns facility on Monday or better yet, where is he??)

According to Don banks of SportsIllustrated.com, when Browns dictator, err coach Eric Mangini swayed his friend George Kokinis to come from the Baltimore Ravens to their GM, Konkinis thought he and the former New York Jets coach were going to be a team, like the New England Patriot's former tandmen of coach Bill Belichick and GM Scott Pioli.

But while Mangini's former idol Belichick did at times listened to Pioli, all personnel decisions went through Mangini, his including many New York Jets who are now part of the Browns and the recent trade of wide receiver Braylon Edwards to the Jets.

While Mangini was directing the Browns towards a 1-7 record , GM George Koninis was basically:

A man with no position.

A man with now say.

A man with power, who ultimately paid the price for a coach who for some reason, still keeps his job

Manny Pacquiao sings 'Sometimes When We Touch' on Jimmy Kimmel

Woah, what in the Joe Fraizer is going on?

Last night on Jimmy Kimmel, boxing sensation Manny Pacquiao sang Dan Hartman's classic tune "Sometimes When We Touch". Who knew Manny was a softy?

Mike Tyson singing "Ooh Baby Baby" on Kimmel is still the best (sorry Oscar De La Hoya), but if I was Simon Cowell I would "Manny, "you are on to the next round".

Michael Jackson's "This is it" Makes $32.5 Million....New York Times says Box Office is Not Thrilling

This past week, Michael Jackson's concert rehearsal movie "This is it" made $32.5 million, ($101 million worldwide.) The New York Times headline was "This Is It" Tops The U.S. Box Office, but Not Thrilling.

Below is my response to the NY Times article:

How can anyone downplay "This is it" making $32.5 mill (over $100 mill worldwide) for its first first five days of release.

How many concert movies has made that type of money in its first week? Better yet, how many concert rehearsal movies has made that type of money? Hmm, let me think...none!

OK maybe I'm not being fair. I like Hillary Swank a lot, let's see how much did her film Amelia make this week? Ooh, just $3 million.

OK, what about "Saw IV", this past weekend it was Halloween and everybody loves Saw right ? Ouch, $5.6 million.

This is not to knock those films, but no one expected this Michael Jackson's "This is it" to be "Spiderman 3" and gross over 100 million its first weekend.

But to make over $30 million from put together concert rehearsal footage, from an artist that passed away a few months ago, these numbers look pretty good to me.
