I don't know its shrewed self promotion or some serious self esteem issues, but according to US Magazine Megan Fox posted two photos of her as a child on her Facebook fan page, where she titled the album "I look like Steve Buscemi."

Fox seems to always have issues with her looks.

A few years back she revealed to Rolling Stone a few years back when she said she was insecure and use to cut herself when she was young.
