I am not a big fan of Taylor Swift, but I am big fan of the Civil Wars who are arguably one of most underrated acts in pop music today. Although this is Taylor's song, The Civil Wars production and haunting rhythmic melodies floats throughout.

Nick Cannon Tells People He Has Lupus-Like Autoimmune Disease
(Via People)
Nick Cannon is opening up about his ongoing health problems that came to light after he was hospitalized for kidney failure in January and then hospitalized again, weeks later, with blood clots in his lungs.
"....I'm just trying to make sure I put my health first," he told PEOPLE, adding that he tries to get six hours of sleep a night and has been taking it easy at home.
He also revealed that the kidney disease was a result of an "autoimmune disease that [doctors] found in my system," and his blood clots were directly connected to his kidney infection.
"It's a lot of stuff," said Cannon, "but it's all in order now."
When asked by PEOPLE if his condition was hereditary, Cannon said, "They kind of say [my] autoimmune [disease] is – like a lupus type of thing, but no one else in my family has it."
For now, Cannon is just focusing on getting better – as well as on his young family with wife Mariah Carey.

Matt Lauer Interviews Lindsay Lohan on The Today Show (2012)
(Via Today)
"...Life seems to be on the upswing for Lohan -- her role as Elizabeth Taylor, "SNL," getting the all clear from the judicial system -- and undoubtedly many do wish her well. But as Lauer mentioned, many will also expect that Lindsay 2.0 can't possibly last. "How do you feel when you know there are doubters out there like that?" Lauer asked.
"If I harped on that and only focused on the negative and the people that doubted me, then I might be right back where they think I'll be," she said. "But that's not what I want for me.... I don't want to go back to that place. I want to move forward with my life.... I want to keep growing and I want to keep growing in the right ways."

Wow! James Hooker, California High School Teacher, Leaves Job And Family For Former Student
Nightline/GMA
(Via Hiffington Post)
--California teacher James Hooker has left his family and his position at a Modesto high school to live with his 18-year-old former student.
The 41-year-old educator walked away from his wife and children and resigned from his role as a 15-year business and computer teacher last week after a police investigation was launched into his relationship with a student. The 18-year-old, Jordan Powers, was once one of Hooker's business students at James Enochs High School.
The two now share an apartment, and Hooker is on paid administrative leave from the school.
"In making our choice, we've hurt a lot of people," Hooker told The Modesto Bee. "We keep asking ourselves, 'Do we make everyone else happy or do we follow our hearts?'"
