Sahel Kazemi was not the only woman slain NFL QB Steve McNair was seeing on the side. The former Tennessee Titan and Baltimore Raven was also seeing leah ignagni when Kazemi killed McNair on July 4th.According to CBS News,Kazemi's former roommate, Emily Andrews, Kazemi knew that McNair was involved with another woman.
