"Avid Batman fans can now whet their appetite for the July 20th release of Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises."
Part of a newly-launched official viral marketing campaign, the film's site thedarkknightrises.com dons a wanted poster for Batman, issued by Gotham City. Batman is wanted for murder, kidnapping, and aggravated assault of a peace officer. Here more details from the poster:
.....The film's site hosts an eight-page police report which fans are encouraged to scour for evidence that has been placed at physical locations in the real world. Via Batman's new rap sheet, fans have been instructed to tweet and email visual clues that have been scattered around the globe. TLC's Lisa Left eye Lopez Has Been Dead for 10 Years? :(
Get More: Music News
Its hard to believe that Lisa Left eye Lopes has been dead for 10 years.
It seems like only a few years ago when I heard that Lisa died in a car crash.
To me Left Eye is an important figure because she was part of my college years.
A time when La Reid and Babyface's La'Face Records ruled the growing Atlanta Music scene, Uptown Record's Sean Puffy Combs was influencing my peers with the rugged hip hop style but soulful music of Jodeci and Mary J. Blige and TLC were a girl group that was never seen before.
Along with T-Boz and Chili, TLC was one part Supreme one part BBD and one part Salt N Pepa.
A concoction of Hip Hop and R&B that still hasn't been seen since:
They were feminine without selling their bodies.
They were sassy without trying ultra independent.
...and through it all, the architect of the group was Left Eye.
Much like how Eazy E led NWA, Left Eye did the same with better rapping skills.
From the music to the attitude to the early Cross Colours inspired clothes, where she ported condoms to promote safe sex, TLC were like no other.
Those days are go now as TLC has been replaced by sexy gals whom have no concept that that wearing overalls (Ain't Too Proud To Beg) and pajamas (Baby, Baby, Baby) in videos can be just as sexy than having a big butt and dancing on a pole.
I miss Left eye...a lot!
Sure she was little crazy during the time she burned former NFLer Andre Rison's home to the ground, but the time before her death, she was growing as a woman.
Much like Tupac before she died, Left eye was on the path finding herself.
Though we will never see her grow into full self, at least we still have her records to love the crazy sexy cool gal she used to be.

Brian McKnight's New Song "If You're Ready To Learn" is Rude, Weird, Offesnsive and Funny
http://hulkshare.com/jkt53jbcm3o8#
Brian McKnight recently dropped a song entitled How Your Pussy Works (If You're Ready To Learn) which has caused a stir on across the web.
He said that he wanted to make an adult mixtape, personally I think he is kidding, but he's getting some strong buzz, which he hasn't seen in years.
My question is why are people upset?
Rappers has been using this language for years, yet people remain silent.
Old blues records were big on tracks like these back in the day.
These and old school Redd Foxx were those types of albums and songs that your mom and dad or grandma and grandpa listened to in the basement.
I'm not saying this song should be played on the radio without an edited version, but Cee-Lo basically got his gig on The Voice due to a Bruno Mars penned song "Fuck You".
Prince use to make a living on tracks like Darling Nikki, Sister, Erotic City and others.
I guess people expected more from Brian McKnight, but why?
He's just a singer whom I sure is not the pure romantic that women think he is.
I guess it might be perception.
If R. Kelly would've made "let Me Show You", people would be upset, but people say "Oh that's just R. Kelly being R. Kelly. W
hy shouldn't Brian McKnight get the same kind of pass?

The Day Bandstand Stops Playing: Dick Clark Dead @ 82
(Washington Post)
Dick Clark, a television host and entrepreneur who sold rock-and-roll to Middle America on the dance show “American Bandstand” and counted down the new year with millions of TV viewers as emcee of an annual celebration in New York's Times Square, died April 18 at a hospital in Santa Monica, Calif., after a heart attack. He was 82.
The death was confirmed by his publicist, Paul Shefrin.
The seemingly ageless Mr. Clark, with his wholesome appearance and ever-present grin, was promoted as “America's oldest teenager” and was among the most powerful arbiters of pop-music taste for 35 years.
He was regarded as a man with an unerring sense of what Americans wanted to hear and see, and he achieved his greatest renown for an ability to connect with the tastes of the post-World War II baby boom.
From 1952 to 1987, Mr. Clark hosted various incarnations of “American Bandstand,” first over the radio in Philadelphia and later on national television. The program was a sensation because of the prominent role it gave teenagers — who were always shown clean-cut in jackets, ties and sweaters — to vote on their favorite song. Read more

New Steelers Ryan Clark Takes Aim At Skip Bayless on First Take (Video)
Ryan Clark Beefs With Stephen A. Smith (Hairline)
Ever since First Take was revised to all Skip Bayless all the time, the show has taken a turn for the worse. Interestin interviews was replaced by over 60 Minutes of Skip Bayless talking about Tim Tebow talk back during the football season.
Now its like WWE, where athletes Kevin Durant, Jalen Rose and now Ryan Clark are taking issue to Skip Bayless and other commentators for being over critical of athletes.
I'm going to take Bayless' side for a second.
When the show had their 5-10 debates with Skip Bayless vs. Stephen A Smith, Rob Parker, etc. it was cool.
But now with the full emphasis on the debates, Bayless and others who talk a lot anyway are giving more rope to hang themselves and I do think that even Bayless might refrain from going overboard, but even if you are careful what you say, you up end saying something that will annoy someone.
I get that Ryan Clark is upset by Bayless comments that Clark is a slow safety, but to be honest Clark can be a bit slow on the field. But why should Clark care? He's a making millons, he has a championship ring, who care what Skip Bayless and others think.
As tough as athletes are, far too many of them care too much what a reporter writes or say on radio or TV.
I will say that sports radio jocks are far worse than Skip Bayless' of the world.
At least with Bayless, I know he spent years as a report and a columnist.
There are too many guys on sports radio who act like they no a lot about sports and many of them lack years of sports journalism knowledge. Plus too many of them berate callers who nor only drive their ratings, but whom are just expressing their opinion, just like this sports radio hosts whose opinions are quite laughable many times.
Another issue I take with Ryan Clark is his view of journalists.
He told Skip that he will never experience what NFL players do, yet NFL players can do the same type of journalism Bayless does on TV.
Yes and no.
Sure, most journalist never played professional sports, but most had to write for years to get a shot on ESPN, (unless you are a snow bunny like Erin Andrews whose looks, average reporting and whiny voice led her to her gig on Worldwide Leader in no-time.)
Clark is right that when he retires he will probably have a job commenting about the NFL when he retires, because he is quite knowledable about sports and comes off well on TV.
However why should he just step off the field into a cushy gig on ESPN?
Once Ryan Clark retires from the NFL, he should spend time covering sports in Maine, North Dakota or Mississippi, then work his way to Cleveland and Sacramento and then he can get a shot with ESPN, FOX, etc.
Why should athletes have the ability to skip the path journalists have to go through for years for a million to one chance to work for a major media operation? I'm sure they are very knowledgeable sports winning journalists in a small-medium market who could add more commentary than Warren Sapp did when he joined the NFL Newtork after he retired (...and maybe they might have shot after his recent personal and professional woes.)
For most athletes when they go from the field to the booth, it is on the job training and the viewers are forced to sit and painfully watch and/or listen to jocks turned commentators display flawed analysis, poor speaking skills or be too soft on their fellow professional athletes.
For every Charles Barkley, Chris Webber, John Mcenroe and John Madden who made a seamless transition to major TV gigs, there are others like Joe Montana, Tim Hardway, Emmit Smith and now the fun, but still mumbling Shaq whom should have worked their way up sports journalism pipeline like Bayless.
But back to ESPN's First Take.
The soul of the is at a crossroads.
If I was running it, I would bring back more interviews and bring back the First and Ten model they used before; If you have any hour of interviews and hour of First and Ten, Skip Bayless and the other debaters will still have a lot of time to talk, but not the extent that they are forced to apologize for things that were said just fill up two hours.
What do you think of the media vs athletes debate?
Tim Tebow And Dwyane Wade Booed At The Yankee Game (Video)
According to the LA Times, Wade was booed first, but once he put on a Yankee cap he was cheered. However Tebow was booed throught.
Once Tim Tebow scores a few touchdowns for the Jets, fans will go out of their way to cheer for him, but I got a bigger issue with Dwayne Wade. I thought dude was from Chicago. How can you sport a New York Yankees cap, when most Chicagoans are either Cubs or White Sox fans?
Tupac Shakur's Hologram Performs At Coachella with Snoop Dogg
(Via MTV)
"..."We worked with Dr. Dre on this and it was Dre's vision to bring this back to life," said Nick Smith, president of AV Concepts, the San Diego company that created the hologram. "It was his idea from the very beginning and we worked with him and his camp to utilize the technology to make it come to life."
Smith said he wasn't allowed to talk about the creative aspects of the production — including how the hologram was able to seemingly perform the set in synch with Snoop and whether all the vocals were 'Pac's — but he did say that his company has the ability to recreate long-dead figures and visually recreate them in the studio. "You can take their likenesses and voice and ... take people that haven't done concerts before or perform music they haven't sung and digitally recreate it," he said.

Tupac Hologram At Coachella - Watch More Funny Videos
Gizmodo: Tupac Hologram Wasn’t a Hologram
"Oh Pac, you've duped us once again. It turns out that disquieting hologram burning its way across Coachella and the entire internet wasn't an actual hologram at all: just a reflection using a 19th century magician's tricks.
For those who thought the immaculately-chiseled rendition of Tupac was based on some sort of old footage, more disappointment: Rolling Stone reports the rapper was CGI. But at least it was good good, expensive CGI, "created by the Hollywood special effects studio Digital Domain, who have previously worked on films such as The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, TRON: Legacy and X-Men: First Class." Total price? Somewhere between $100,000 and $400,000. And it paid off: other than the weird super-abs, occasional unintentional moonwalking, and the performance's finale, wherein Tupac vanished in a burst of light, the whole thing was plenty realistic. With all the weed and ecstasy throbbing through Coachella, there were probably a good number of fans who thought they were actually witnessing a reincarnation."

'American Idol' Judges Save Jessica Sanchez Sings Deborah Cox Classic (Video)
One of the things that was lost when Jessica Sanchez was almost kicked off American Idol was her stirring rendition of Deborah Cox's "Nobody's Supposed To Be Here".
Cox's R&;B version was one of the best songs of the late 90's as she bared her soul to new love that she didn't think existed anymore. Add her club remix of the song became an all-time classic, and Deborah Cox succeeded in the rare feat of taking an already great and making it better, if that's even possible.
Jessica Sanchez is a vocal reminder of those long ago days of the 90's when Cox, Toni Braxton, Tamia, Mary. J Blige, Mariah Carey and still vocally vibrant Whitney Houston ruled the charts with vocal bravado. This was then last of an era when it took more than to just look and use auto-tunes to be looked upon as a great artist.
This is a not a dis to someone like Rihanna who continues to make great songs, but when you listen to Deborah Cox's "Nobody" the emotions she conveys on that record can not be found on a software package.
It's raw. It's soulful. It's what the legacy of R&B, blues and gospel music was built upon.
While Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera did there best to keep this legacy going, record companies decided to hitch their wagon to the Britney Spears and J Lo's of the world, where vocals were secondary to sexiness and cool beats.
Here's hoping that Jessica Sanchez will have the opportunity to turn back the clock.
One where where vocals are just as important or even more than how sexy you look.

Amanada Bynes Pink Haired DUI Mug Shot
(Via ibtimes)
"Amanda Bynes, the actress who has starred in family-friendly films such as "What a Girl Wants" and "Hairspray," was probably one of the last celebrities whose mugshot we expected to see.
But there she was, standing in front of a camera after her April 6 morning arrest in West Hollywood. She was nabbed for allegedly driving under the influence and clipping a cop car, TMZ reported, and her photo shows her sporting an interesting dye job that she had tweeted about just last month.
Bynes, 26, is known for having tremendous comedy chops thanks to roles in films such as "She's the Man" and "Sydney White." She's also projected an overall positive image, so it's surprising to see her posing for a mugshot."

Elle: Rihanna on Chris Brown "I'm still going to do what I want to do."
(Via Elle Magazine)
"Rihanna has no apologies. When the pop star made her reconciliation with abuser Chris Brown public in February — she released a duet on the remix of her song, "Birthday Cake" — the backlash was loud, but she wasn't listening. "I respect what other people have to say," the "We Found Love" singer, 24, tells Elle in its May cover story. "The bottom line is that everyone thinks differently. It's very hard for me to accept, but I get it. People end up wasting their time on the blogs or whatever, ranting away, and that's all right. I don't hate them for it. Because tomorrow I'm still going to be the same person. I'm still going to do what I want to do."

But although she has done things on her terms, when the abuse made headlines in February 2009, Rihanna admits she wasn't thrilled that it put her private life on display for all to see. "I was like, well, f--k. They know more about me than I want them to know," she explains. "It's embarrassing. But that was my opening. That was my liberation, my moment of bring it. I wanted people to know who I am. Whatever they take that to be, good or bad, I just want them to know the truth … I have more freedom the more people know about me. It's like, one less skeleton in the closet, one less burden, one less secret; now you know that, so you can say what you want about it. I don't have anything to hide.""

70's Show Lisa Robin Kelly ( Laurie) Mugshot

Nothing knocks the Hollywood glam right off your face like getting arrested.
Actress Lisa Robin Kelly, who is most famous for playing Laurie Foreman on “That ’70s Show“, was arrested and charged with domestic violence over the weekend, according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman.
On the show, Laurie was the promiscuous and slightly evil older sister to the show’s main character, Eric Foreman, played by Topher Grace. She was the blond bombshell who never had any trouble getting men, but when Kelly’s mugshot surfaced showing a more haggard actress with smeared eye liner and bags under her eyes, the Internet was abuzz with comments.
Kelly, 42, was taken into custody at 12:50 a.m. on Saturday by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, TMZ first reported. A sheriff’s department spokesman told ABCNews.com Kelly was released shortly after posting $50,000 bail, but declined to comment any further.
Charges have not yet been filed with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office.
