I’m not gonna say I don’t know what will happen before I say it [on record]. I do know what will happen. I am aware of it. It is what it is.

VIBE: So you knew the repercussions of going after Jay before anything even happened?
LIL WAYNE: Well, I’m a man. I believe as a man you should know that. Every man should know the repercussions and consequences behind whatever they do before they do it. And of course, I know there won’t be any repercussions behind what I did."

According to Huffington Post, Bravo is gearing RHOA's Kim Zolciak up for a new series:

“Originally the show was to be five African American women but after Bravo met Kim, they insisted she be part of the cast,” an insider tells told the Huffington Post. “Kim is a game-changer. She was the first housewife to release a single ["Tardy for the Party"] and just like Bethenny [Frankel], she fell in love and got pregnant while taping the show. She’s the perfect choice for the next lady to get her own show.”



I haven't  watch RHOA since the first season, but its interesting that none of the African American leads are getting a spin-off.    Sure Kim is "game-changer", but I think most fans would say that Nee Nee Leakes  is the #1  "game changer" on the show.

Sly Stone Broke Living in a Van Down By The River..err LA!

"....Today, Sly Stone -- one of the greatest figures in soul-music history -- is homeless, his fortune stolen by a lethal combination of excess, substance abuse and financial mismanagement. He lays his head inside a white camper van ironically stamped with the words “Pleasure Way” on the side. The van is parked on a residential street in Crenshaw, the rough Los Angeles neighborhood where “Boyz n the Hood” was set. A retired couple makes sure he eats once a day, and Stone showers at their house. The couple’s son serves as his assistant and driver.

Inside the van, the former mastermind of Sly & the Family Stone, now 68, continues to record music with the help of a laptop computer.

“I like my small camper,” he says, his voice raspy with age and years of hard living. “I just do not want to return to a fixed home. I cannot stand being in one place. I must keep moving.”

"..Veteran Hollywood comedy star Eddie Murphy is to host the Oscars awards show next year, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences said Tuesday.

It will be the first time the standup comic turned actor -- famous for films from "Beverly Hills Cop" in the 1980s to "Shrek" in which he does the voice of Donkey -- has hosted the Oscars, the climax of Hollywood's awards season.

"Eddie is a comedic genius, one of the greatest and most influential live performers ever," said telecast co-producer Brett Ratner, who will put on the February 26 show with Don Mischer.

"With his love of movies, history of crafting unforgettable characters and his iconic performances -- especially on stage -- I know he will bring excitement, spontaneity and tremendous heart to the show," he added.

Mischer added: "Eddie is a truly ground-breaking performer, whose amazingly diverse array of roles has won him a devoted audience of all ages. His quick wit and charisma will serve him very well as Oscar host."

Murphy, who gained fame on TV show Saturday Night Live in the early 1980s before breaking onto the big screen, said he was looking forward to the gig.

"I am enormously honored to join the great list of past Academy Award hosts from (Bob) Hope and (Johnny) Carson to (Billy) Crystal, (Steve) Martin and (Whoopi) Goldberg, among others," he said.

"I'm looking forward to working with Brett and Don on creating a show that is enjoyable for both the fans at home and for the audience at the Kodak Theatre" in Hollywood, he added.

The Oscars organizers will likely hope Murphy gets a better reception than this year's co-hosts, Anne Hathaway and James Franco. The latter was notably criticized for a wooden performance in February"
