Blake Lively Cast in New “Green Lantern” Film

Gossip Girl's Blake Lively has won the the role of the Green Lantern’s leading lady Carol Ferris. 

Lively joins the film's lead Ryan Reynolds who plays the Green Lantern/Hal Jordan. 

The DC Comic's film will begin filming in Louisiana in March for release on June 17, 2011 release.
