The Nashville star, who reconciled with her Ukrainian boyfriend in January, is now planning their wedding, a source tells Us Weekly.
"Very few people know, and she isn't wearing her ring publicly yet," adds the friend of the duo, who first parted ways in May 2011 after two years of dating."
The 33-year-old is engaged to model ChristinaEvangeline, a rep for the actor confirms to Us Weekly. According to The Dirty, the nuptials are set to take place on November 11, 2011.
"Just two weeks after announcing his engagement, Jack Osbourne has revealed his fiancée Lisa Stelly is pregnant.
The 25-year-old broke the news he is going to be a father to Piers Morgan on his CNN Tonight show.
After dropping the bombshell Jack, who was joined by parents Sharon and Ozzy on the programme, said: 'I'm excited. I'm a little nervous."

Over the summer, Jack appeared on Howard Stern's show to talk about a documentary he was making about his father, Ozzy Osbourne, and also chatted about his relationship.
Stelly took to her Twitter account on Thursday night to share the good news: "The most amazing man I've ever met asked me to marry him....and he wasn't joking! Crazy, right?"
While 24-year-old aspiring actress Stelly's résumé is still light, Osbourne has maintained a presence in Hollywood since he appeared with his family on the hit MTV series "The Osbournes."
