Whenever I hear that golfers and race car drivers are athletes, I cringed. Not to say their professions are not physical, but when it comes to twisting bodies, athleticism only basketball and maybe soccer comes close to the physical demands and beauty of being a professional dancer,( I also cringed when I hear strippers call themselves dancers as well).
