Last year when I had BFGuys.com up and running, this was one of the most popular videos. If there is one thing that irritates customers is the differing return policies. For some like Target, you have several months to return an item for the full price versus other stores where you only have a few weeks to return an item and/or receive a gift card instead of cash.
