Quentin Groves, who was recently signed as a linebacker by the Cleveland Browns, was arrested on a charge of soliciting an undercover police officer for prostitution.
Orange police said on April 17 Groves responded to an advertisement placed by police offering prostitution services. A female officer from Beachwood posed as an escort and set up dates with men willing to pay for sex. "[Groves] made arrangements for certain acts ... and requested 'full service' and stated he would bring condoms," according to the police report.
The report said Groves arrived at a hotel room and was met by police officers. He was issued a citation and ordered to appear in Bedford Municipal Court on May 10. There were more than a dozen men arrested in the sting operation.
