The best thing about Adele outside of her soulful voice is that she lives in the U.K. If she was American, there would be very few producers in the U.S. who would how to match her retro vocals with a 60's soul vibe. The same goes for Amy Winehouse, Duffy and Estelle.
UK producers do not seem afraid to put music around their artists that fit them, not have the artist fit the producer.

I completely agree, she has such amazing talent! I'm a huge fan and can't wait for her CD to come out on the 22. Have you checked out www.adele.tv ? She's having the "21 Days of Adele" and releasing something new everyday. Definitely worth checking out.
