I never heard of Odd Future until my Twitter blew up after they performed on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. The next day when my Spin Magazine arrived, they were featured as one "11 Next Big Things for 2011" .
Although they don't like being tagged with the "Horror Core Rap" label, their macabre lyric and menancing DMX-like delivery, they do remind me of a cross between the RZA's spin off 90's group Grave Diggaz with the skater fashion sense of the Neptunes' Pharell Williams.
