Things got a little crazy at the iHeart Music Festival, when Green Day's Billie Joe went off!
Green Day followed Usher whose set ran over and unfortunately the band was given only one minute to perform.
Cue the meltdown.
As the band started the play, Joe stopped the performance, said the F word a few times, smashed his guitar and said “I’m not f------ Justin Bieber, you motherf------!"
That is true Billy Joe, you are nothing like the Biebs and the festival should have made concessions to give Green Day a longer set.
However, you are a pop punk band who made a lot of loot in the 90's road the corporate machine to create a Broadway musical.
I'm sure if Joey Ramone of The Ramones was still alive today and was in the same situation, he woud say, "I'm not f----Billy Joe from Green Day, you motherf----!"
