The best part of Shaq's jersey retirement was when the Laker crowd started chanting "We Want Phil", I wonder what Phil said to his finacee Jeanie Buss as they left the Staples Center last night?

On the Shaq side, there are so many kids growing up in the LeBron James era, who has no idea how unstoppable Shaq was in the paint.
